There is a bolt that came out from inside the chair. Can’t find where it goes. Chair doesn’t fully Rick.

I would rate these “0” if I could. 😡 I purchased two of these recliners in 2022. First they seemed nice but within the first 6 months screws would fall out under the chairs and my husband would have to reattach. Then, screws would just break and my husband would replace them as well as the reclining mechanism not working smoothly. The chairs set level so we couldn’t figure out why. Now my husband is a Machinist as well as a man who rebuilds cars and engines so if basically attributes this to cheap manufacturing. Two weeks ago the handle to recline the chair sheared off in the whole in my hand and yesterday the left arm of the other chair just broke loose from the body. These chairs are a very bad investment. They were not subject to misuse. We are in are sixties and they were are daily chairs for relaxing. We have now went out and purchased La-z-boy Troupers. We just wish we would not be out the money for these poorly designed chairs. 😡😡😡😡😡

The first one got lost/damaged in shipping but overall a good recliner for a teenager to use...maybe not for larger adults

i like the comfort, but bolts and springs used by manufacturer keep falling and getting dislodged. The material quality is brittle and broke often. no manuals to refer to order parts. manufacturer is not answering phone calls and found out it closed for good. refer matter to Amazon and asked who replaced the company. I just had this expensive recliner for more than a year and now it's not usable. amazon should have alternate manufacturer to obtain parts that break for this costly recliner. NOT A HAPPY BUYER!

Chair arrived as scheduled, after less than 1 month, a fastner bolt controlling the recliner rod stripped out and required me to search for a replacement bolt and nut to make a temporary fix. Also during my repair, I found several missing and loose mechanical retaining bolts. Support was contacted for replacement bolts, initial response was quick, but after three weeks from reporting problem, I have gotten no further updates! Lane Furniture has lost my confidence and future business. I try to support Made in USA products, and this chair is made in my home state, but it appears that they have no pride in their products. Such a shame!

I am a lady almost 6 feet tall and over 200 pounds. This recliner fits me in all ways. It is the most comfortable and easy to assemble and use recliner I have ever owned. I especially love the addition 3-inch height of the foot rest. All the swelling and leg soreness is gone in the morning. The rocking motion is great and handles my nervous energy and provides a modest exercise. The covering seems very strong so I am anxious to see how long it will last. I highly recommend this rocker-recliner to all tall and large people.

I bought this recliner from Lane via Amazon last mid-October. The bottom of the wooden frame broke in April. I kept leaving messages to Lane customer service and no one has returned my call. If I understand the situation correctly, I found out last week that Lanes parent company let go of all employees close to Thanksgiving 2022 and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in January 2023. What's odd is their customer service number allowed messages. My recliner was within the warranty period but they're bankrupt now and I'm stuck paying for repairs.

I am 6'2'' tall. Weigh 290 lbs. Had to wait 4 weeks, but well worth the wait. It WAS easy to get into the house and through the front door. 10 sec assembly. No tools needed. One person CAN assemble it and move it around. What comfort and easy to recline. Reclining is almost flat. REALLY worth the cost and NO need for a $1,300 Lazyboy. I DO recommend spraying with Scotchgard before using the chair. Also, Amazon sells PERFECT recliner covers that fit perfectly with Lane recliners.
